10.00 – 11.30
Mini section primary 4-7 (introduction to contact rugby)
Sections S1 to U18 now potentially play matches on a Sunday morning in the SRU Red Conference League. The fixture list is shown in the “Junior” page. When fixtures are not on training times are as follows:
S1 and S2
12.00 – 14:00
U15 and U16
These times may vary, – please contact respective coach.
Any interested player can just turn up on a Sunday and join in a session.
A Membership Form will be required to be submitted thereafter. We ask that this is completed asap so that players can be registered without delay so that issues such as insurance are covered.
Once you have got the Rugby Bug -
Please complete the membership form; Aberdeen Rugby Membership Application Form 2016_2017
(Also see the Membership tab at the top of the “Home” Page).
Note: Player’s fees can be delayed for a couple of sessions to ensure that the child enjoys it and wishes to return on a regular basis.
All players except those in the micro section must have a mouth guard – they will not be allowed to play without it.
No experience is necessary although in the older sections (S1 and above) inclusion in a competitive match may be delayed until the coach feels that the child is ready to cope in these situations.
Please go to Contacts tap at top of Home page for Youth Contacts if further information is required.
We look forward to welcoming you to Aberdeen Rugby.
As another successful season draws to a close for the Minis Section we would like to say a big thank you to all the parents for their support this year.
Have a great summer away from the touchlines and we’ll see you refreshed and raring to go on 20th August 2016.
